Description: To help meet the church's budget, we provided $70,000 in value engineering options. This addition provided 13,000 sf of classrooms, restrooms, offices, library and elevator as well as new entrance areas and parking lot. The exterior matches the existing masonry and stone accented arches. Two large steel moment frames provide structural seismic upgrading to the existing building.
