Description: This 79,000 sf shopping center consists of seven new buildings for Petco, Office Depot, Famous Footwear, Party City and additional shops. The scope includes 15 acres of complex sitework. During construction, the project utilized the site by funneling water runoff into sand-filled trenches to filter particulates.
