Description: Our relationships with national retailers allowed a seamless process at Laguna Gateway even though the project included construction of almost 200,000 sf at one time for multiple owners. The project included 20 acres of site improvements and construction of a Best Buy, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, T.J. Maxx, and 48,000 sf of lease space in six buildings.
