1. Factory Stores at Lincoln City, Lincoln City, OR

Owner: Charter Oak Partners
Architect: Shapiro Petrauskas Gelber

Description: Work on Phase I (165,000 sf) was complicated by having to build over a buried peat bog. Phase II took place while the center remained open for business and included another 123,000 sf of retail space and an 800 car parking structure. The addition took place in the middle of the existing shopping center.
