3. Napa Premium Outlets, Napa, CA

Architect: Charles Kober Associates

Description: The architecture of the 160,000 sf of factory outlets and 15 acres of site improvements incorporated the "Wine Country" theme prevalent in the Napa Valley, featuring exposed timbers and trellis elements. Selective demolition of an older shopping center was required to create the new factory outlet village.
