2. RiverPlace Hotel Renovation, Portland, OR

Description: This five-star hotel underwent a complete interior renovation in a fast-paced 13 weeks. All the work was done while the hotel remained open for business. The lobby and 1st floor public spaces had all the walls, cabinets and finishes replaced with high-end cherry and maple wood and the construction of a new reception desk. A state-of-the-art business center was also constructed. In addition, the 74 rooms and long-term suites on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors were renovated with new finishes throughout. Finally, the restaurant and bar were completely renovated.
